How We Execute Projects

Step 1: Requirement Discussion

We begin by understanding the client’s feed material, process objective, target metals, desired capacity, available space, utilities, and project goals.

Step 2: Technical Proposal

Based on the requirement, we prepare a technical proposal covering plant scope, major equipment, process sections, utilities, and commercial terms.

Step 3: Engineering and Design

After order confirmation, we develop the detailed engineering, equipment specifications, layouts, piping concepts, and fabrication drawings as required.

Step 4: Fabrication and Assembly

Equipment and systems are fabricated as per approved design and project scope.

Step 5: Supply and Dispatch

The pilot plant equipment is inspected, packed, and dispatched to the client’s site.

Step 6: Installation Support

We support installation, alignment, piping connection, utility connection, and site integration.

Step 7: Commissioning

We assist with dry checks, wet trials, system verification, and initial operation support.

Step 8: Handover and Support

After commissioning, the plant is handed over with relevant guidance and operating support as per agreed scope.
